This crystal balances and renews all of the bodies--especially when the energies around you are realigning, bringing order to chaos. It also helps control the stress and anxiety that can run rampant at such times. Bloodstone is a crystal of courage. It is a really good healing crystal, too. It both centers and grounds the Heart Chakra and aligns all of the Chakras with each other. It provides balance to us in the midst of turmoil as we grow spiritually. | Crystals are a very large part of my life. I am lucky enough to be surrounded by crystals! One of the best ways to get constant energy from the crystals is to wear pendants. I wear several, so I literally wear my medicine bag around my neck! When a crystal is touching you all of the time, you are getting the energy of the crystal constantly. This is the very best use of a crystal! Crystals do not do you a lot of good if they are sitting on a shelf. You should be touching them as much as possible! Holding them in your hand or placing them on your body also counts as working with them. Holding onto a crystal during meditation is another excellent use of a crystal. When my life is about to change again, I usually know it is coming, because I feel a very strong need to change my pendants. Major life changes in the spiritual and physical worlds have indeed followed these changes of jewelry! When I no longer need a pendant or other piece of jewelry, they sometimes literally fall off my body. Over the years, I have gone from mostly Clear Quartz Crystal to mostly Rose Quartz Crystal and Morganite (both pink, of course, for Spiritual Heart Chakra) to mostly Amethyst and one lovely lavender Sugilite piece, and it would take me quite some time to figure out exactly what I'm wearing these days. Generally I probably have somewhere between eight and twelve pendants on. Jewelry is an excellent way to work with your crystals! |
