AMAZONITE--METAPHYSICAL PROPERTIES

When I hold Amazonite in my hand, the first image I receive is one of a silvery, transparent “web” around our planet. An energetic protection of sorts if you will. The visual seems to say that if you work with Amazonite, you will also be afforded this type of protection from harmful and negative energies within your body space. Making a grid with Amazonite will allow for protection of a place or space as well.

Teal green Amazonite embraces the heart and second heart chakras. This allows for healing from emotional traumas and wounds held deep in the heart. It is a beautiful companion to keep close when moving through the grieving process, whether it be grief of losing a loved one or grief for a situation coming to its inevitable conclusion. It surrounds you with a warm blanket like energy of support and comfort.

Amazonite embraces and strengthens the hearts, reducing fear and angst. It allows you to move forward with empowerment, self assurance and grace. It helps to build strength of character, confidence and self esteem. Amazonite reminds you that you are a beautiful soul just the way you are. You need not change for anyone.

As soon as you pick Amazonite up, you will be filled with a sense of loving calm and joy. It fills every pore with beauty, gratitude and peace. It provides a warm, loving, safe space every day.

Physically, Amazonite can aid in removing/releasing EMF's, those harmful, invisible energies/radiations that are created by physical technology (phones, TV, computers, microwaves, etc). Keep a tumble or two by your computer, taped on the back of your phone and tablet, or around your TV table. EMF's cause a variety of physical issues. Amazonite will break these energy waves up so that no harm will come to you.

WEARING CRYSTALS vs. WORKING WITH THEM IN OTHER WAYS

Crystals are a very large part of my life, and I am lucky enough to be surrounded by crystals! When a crystal is touching you all of the time, you are getting the energy of the crystal constantly. I wear several pendants, so I literally wear my medicine bag around my neck. I think this is the very best use of a crystal! Healing crystals do not do you a lot of good if they are sitting on a shelf. You should be touching them as much as possible! Working with them by holding them in your hand or placing them on your body is good, too, as is holding a crystal during meditation.

When my life is about to change, I usually know it is coming, because I feel a very strong need to change my pendants. When I no longer need to wear a pendant or other piece of jewelry, they sometimes literally fall off my body. Over the years, I have worn many different combinations of crystals, and I have enjoyed them all. I seem to wear at least six pendants, but it has been as many as twelve at times. Jewelry is an excellent way to work with your crystals!
