Kristi's Notes--I am embarrassed by the number of Star Trek references I use on these "chats". It shows my nerdy side. I find it funny that the crystals in their beauty of connection often put pictures in my head of something I would resonate with so that I can understand the message behind it. Still....once a nerd, always a nerd :)

Bubblegum Agate

This creamy agate with its concentric curves and orbs looks "normal" enough at first. Upon further inspection, there are these pockets of golden, almost 3D caves of color that surprise and delight as well!

Agates, in general, energetically, are often considered to be more connected to the physical and mental bodies. This agate however feels to be more of a connection between the physical and the spiritual, higher self bodies. A bridge between the two which brings a unique sense of center and alignment to the holder/user.

This piece, in fact, radiates calm and a sense of peace.

We all know someone who speaks softly, never overreacts and has that gentle countenance about/around them. They always respond with a quiet confidence. This is Bubblegum Agate in a nutshell. For me, as a Star Trek geek, the leading lady Anij, in the movie Star Trek Insurrection is the perfect example of this type of person.

Bubblegum Agate is the calm before, during and after the storm, the voice of reason when chaos runs rampant, the single anchor when all else seems to be in upheaval.

The message as it is shared is this, "Calm down child. Take a breath! We can figure this out together."

Bubblegum Agate represents the whole of life--there are curves, wonders, beauty, surprise, pits and pitfalls. "No one is immune. It is in how you navigate that makes all of the difference."

This energy transmits a "be ready for anything" vibe and when "that anything" happens, you will face it with a calm confidence and gentle demeanor.

This is a unique creativity stone. Creativity usually comes from either the physical/mental idea phase or the higher self/Divine Source from the spiritual body. This stone provides both! The possibilities are endless, the creation process limitless (no hitting a wall!).

Again, it is not a rush of energy but a steady and smooth stream. It will allow you to lead.

This creamy stone aptly named Bubblegum Agate reminds us to not take things so seriously all the time! Go have some fun!(whatever fun signifies to you). Enjoy the things you love, completely and often!

Bubblegum Agate implores you to give up the "if's (if only, what if) and buts". This is something we have been conditioned with as young adults. Turn to the fearless child within and make every moment count. Do not waste your time in the habit of excuses and "cant's".

I feel as if the Bubblegum Agate would smooth the energies of other stones/crystals. Where clear quartz is known to amplify the energies of other pieces, this Agate would do the opposite. This comes in handy if a particular stone appears to be "too strong" for the holder/user.

This Agate would make a wonderful personal companion to be carried daily.

WEARING CRYSTALS vs. WORKING WITH THEM IN OTHER WAYS

Crystals are a very large part of my life, and I am lucky enough to be surrounded by crystals! When a crystal is touching you all of the time, you are getting the energy of the crystal constantly. I wear several pendants, so I literally wear my medicine bag around my neck. I think this is the very best use of a crystal! Healing crystals do not do you a lot of good if they are sitting on a shelf. You should be touching them as much as possible! Working with them by holding them in your hand or placing them on your body is good, too, as is holding a crystal during meditation.

When my life is about to change, I usually know it is coming, because I feel a very strong need to change my pendants. When I no longer need to wear a pendant or other piece of jewelry, they sometimes literally fall off my body. Over the years, I have worn many different combinations of crystals, and I have enjoyed them all. I seem to wear at least six pendants, but it has been as many as twelve at times. Jewelry is an excellent way to work with your crystals!
