Thenardite told me it was a scrubber crystal, and it does, according to Melody, remove any muddiness from your aura to give you bright clean colors. It cleanses your aura! This crystal helps you deal with crankiness and to allow you to see other steps that can be taken when all you can see was one brick wall after another.

Thenardite works on the Base Chakra, too, providing clarity when the "fight or flight" wants to kick in. This crystal gives you a clearer view of your ego so that you don't get into quite so much trouble letting the ego have its way. It helps you grasp the different between your "needs" and your "wants" (i.e., I want a car, I want a new pair of shoes vs. I need food in my stomach or my physical body will suffer).
